Cascade Rooftop
Sits above the last landing of the Cascade steps, looking straight down Tamanyan toward Mount Ararat on a clear evening.
The view is doing a lot of the work here, and on a clear evening it's worth every bit of the markup — the whole city drops away below the terrace, with Ararat sitting on the skyline if the haze cooperates. Get there before sunset if you want a table on the rail rather than the second row.
The cocktail list is short — nine drinks, no seasonal rotation to speak of — but everything on it is made properly, and the apricot brandy sour is the one people come back for. Wine list leans hard on Armenian producers, which is the right call and worth asking the staff about if you don't recognise the names.
Worth knowing
Reservations matter in summer, especially Thursday through Saturday. Off-season it's far more relaxed and you can usually walk in. The elevator up through the Cascade complex stops running before the bar closes, so budget time to walk down.
